As a project assistant for NYU Global TIES for Children, I worked on a blog delving into the history of attachment theory, one of the central theories underpinning parenting practices in the ECE field today. Here is what my process looked like:
Below I've included a sample of blog posts I authored and co-authored on topics ranging from a girls empowerment camp to experimental education research conducted in low-and-middle-income countries.
As a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala, I secured several grants through USAID's Small Project Assistantship (SPA) to organize camps and certification programs. Here I've included the grant completion report narrative telling the story of our youth course and delving into the goals achieved, challenges faced, sustainability of the project, and lessons learned. My grant writing experience spans from full proposal development through USAID's SPA to a focus on organizational capacity statements for donors such as the VISA and LEGO Foundation, including 2 winning proposals for the LEGO Foundation.
